Delete your Rishta Saaz account

You can delete your account at any time, for free. This page explains how, and what happens to your data.

Option 1: Delete in the app

Open Rishta Saaz and go to Profile.
Open Settings and tap Delete account.
Confirm with the one-time code (OTP) we send to your phone.

Option 2: Ask us by email

If you can no longer open the app, email support@rishtasaaz.com with the subject "Delete my account" and include the phone number registered on your account. We will confirm that the account is yours by sending a code to that number, and then delete it.

Cancelling your account does not cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription. Please cancel your subscription in the store as well, so you are not charged again.

What we delete

Your profile, photos, videos and status posts
Your messages, likes, interests and profile visits
Your verification selfie and CNIC images
Your contact details and preferences

Your profile disappears from the app as soon as you delete it. All of the data above is permanently deleted within 30 days.

What we may keep

Banned accounts: if an account was banned for misuse, we keep the identifiers needed to stop it from signing up again (such as a protected copy of the CNIC, phone numbers, device identifiers and a photo fingerprint).
Legal records: records we are required to keep by law, such as payment and tax records, for as long as the law requires.
